Birdwatching in Western Australia (WA)

Close to the city

Yanchep National Park
Just an hour’s drive from Perth, there are a lot of things to do in this national park. Experience Aboriginal culture, join a cave tour, walk along the park's trails and enjoy a picnic. It is an excellent place to catch sight of the Carnaby's Black-Cockatoo - a large and charismatic parrot found only in the southwest of Western Australia.
